Want help changing your eating habits?
With individual coaching, making changes is both more fun and easier and you are more likely to continue. That's why I offer an individual written diet plan that is then followed up with 3 coaching sessions over the phone. I can make the written plan and the coaching in either English or Swedish.
Step 1: fill in the form below with information about your weight and amount of exercise.
Steg 2: I will calculate your individual needs and send you a written dietary plan by email within a few days.
Step 3: Call 1 (about a week after you receive the diet). Here you will be asked to tell me more about yourself, your situation and your goals. Based on this, we will decide together what you should start with and how to go about it in very concrete terms. The conversation takes about 40 minutes.
Step 4: Call 2 (about 3-4 weeks after call 1). Here we will follow up on the changes you have made and your experiences. We find out what needs to be adjusted and how, the focus is on finding concrete changes that you can make and have an effect.
Steg 5: Interview 3 (about 4-6 weeks after interview 2). Now it's time to gather your experiences and lessons learned and make a plan together for the future. When it comes to food and eating, you are never "done" because life is always changing. But now you have a bunch of more insights and strategies and can either continue on your own or, if you want, with my help in 3 new follow-ups.
